You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched from our hub.

For cancellations before shipping:
If you cancel before your product has shipped, we will issue a refund after deducting a 5% transaction charge.
If the order is already processed or packed:
A 10% processing charge will be deducted.
If shipping has already been paid by Tonixcent, the shipping cost will also be deducted.
For cancellations after the product has shipped:
Refunds will be processed after deducting the forward and return shipping charges.
We offer returns and replacements only in the following cases:
The outer packaging is visibly damaged
The product itself is defective or damaged
You received the wrong item
If any of these apply, please contact us immediately upon receiving the order at support@tonixcent.com with order details and images of the issue. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note: Products are eligible for replacement only if a valid defect or damage is found.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Only damaged or defective products are eligible for a refund.
You must request a return within 4 working days from the day of delivery.
The refund will be processed via the original payment method within 15 working days.
Items purchased on SALE or promotional discounts are non-refundable.
